Cargo Cosmetics Venice Enchantment Palette Review & Swatches

Hi guys and welcome back! So today I went through my eyeshadow palettes and found one I haven't used in a while and don't even remember why :/ I was so excited when this palette came out and now that I found it I remembered why I was so excited to get it in the first place. I am talking about the Cargo Cosmetics Venice Enchantment Palette. This palette you guys is like a fairytale you can wear, it is so amazing. I had owned maybe one or two Cargo products prior to this palette so I already knew the quality would be great. So let me break down this palette for you.

The palette itself is a red box with a magnetic frontal flap. On the right hand side it has the Cargo logo. This is a nice, sturdy palette and it is a little thick, but I am ok with that. Lets look inside:

The palette comes with 12 shadows, a black eyeliner and an eyeshadow double ended brush. It has 3 shades that are a little matte (Carnival, Palazzo, Mask) don't get me wrong, these are not true matte, but they are less shimmery than the others. So, the other 9 shades are all shimmers. However, the good thing about these colors is that even though they are shimmers, you can do a complete look with just this palette, I did it today to try it out. You have a wide range of colors to work with. You have a yellow, a gold, 3 different browns, a peach, 2 different greens, 3 different burgundy shades and a beautiful very unique silvery shade. Let me show you some swatches:

Ok, so now let's talk about the quality. These are a tiny bit powdery but nothing that a little tap can't handle. They are very pigmented as you can see above and blend oh so smoothly. You don't get any glitter fallout because it is so finely milled that it just blends in with the shadow itself. I have used them with & without a primer and either way they last all day and won't crease.

Verdict: This is a palette worth having in your collection. It cost $34 and it is available at Kohls. I truly enjoyed playing with it today and creating some beautiful looks. I will show you my final look below but in the meantime, let me know what you think about this palette. Do you own it? Will you buy it?
